This ongoing project aims to (1) build pathogen agnostic metagenomics workflows to support early warning and identification of public health threats, and (2) provide public health partners the ability to implement these workflows for targeted surveillance, outbreak investigation, and eventually clinical diagnostics (FA G).

Capability and Capacity. SCC warrants that the Licensed Property together with other assets purchased by MEG are sufficient in both quantity and capability for the manufacturing of the Products. SCC shall remain responsible during the term of this Agreement to provide all tooling and fixtures necessary for the manufacturing of the Products. In the event SCC wishes MEG to manufacture new or additional Products, it shall be responsible for providing tooling and fixtures sufficiently in advance of the Product introduction date to permit MEG to manufacture and deliver Product in conformity with the lead-time requirements of this Agreement. Failure of SCC to provide such tooling, gages, jigs, and fixtures shall relieve MEG of its obligation to meet the Product delivery schedule as set forth herein.

The City of Xxx Arbor Public Works’ Forestry Division has one (1) FTE and one (1) fulltime temporary employee available to support the implementation of Initiative #1: Assess Xxx Arbor’s urban tree canopy and future tree source. Support on the feasibility study will be provided by two (2) Washtenaw County Conservation District (WCCD) FTEs. Principal support for this proposal will be provided by: • Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx (City of Xxx Arbor), Urban Forestry & Natural Resources Planning Coordinator, who oversees the Urban Forestry Program administration, development, and implementation functions. Xxxxxxx holds a B.S. in Forestry from Michigan Technological University and is an ISA Certified Arborist and Tree Risk Assessment Qualified Arborist. • Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (WCCD), Community Forester, who develops and facilitates educational opportunities on tree and land preservation topics and provides technical assistance for forestry related inquiries. Summer has a Master’s in Conservation Ecology and Environmental Informatics from the University of Michigan. • Xxxx Xxxxx (WCCD), Resource Coordinator, who manages the WCCD tree sales sourcing from over 10 Michigan nurseries and distributes over 40,000 bare-root stock to hundred of customers annually. He has begun researching and touring nurseries to explore the feasibility of running a nursery operation. The City of Xxx Arbor Office of Sustainability and Innovations (OSI) has one (1) FTE and one

The Madison County Board of Supervisors will rely on 3 key personnel in delivering the project: Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx, JD, CPA-County Administrator; Na’Son White, CPA- Comptroller; and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx-Director of Buildings and Grounds. Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx has overseen approximately $500,000,000 of federal grant dollars in his career without any funds being clawed back or voluntarily returned to the grantor agency. Na’Son. Xxxxx has overseen countless grants from both the Mississippi Department of Education and the United States Department of Education while complying with reporting requirements. Xx. Xxxxxxxx has overseen projects funded by the Federal Aviation Administration, NOAA, and other federal agencies and complied with all reporting requirements.
Capability and Capacity. The project will be managed by Escondido Principal Planner Xxxxx Xxxxxx. Xxxxx holds a Master of Urban & Regional Planning degree from University of California, Irvine, and has nine years of experience in Urban Planning. The project will be supervised by City Planner Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxx holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from University of California, Irvine, and has eight years of experience in municipal and long-range planning. Xxxxxxxx has experience in project management with the City of Escondido, as well as nearly three years of experience as a consultant, bringing an important perspective of project management from the internal consulting side. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) integration will be managed by Geographic Information Systems Manager Xxx Xxxxxxxx, who holds a Masters in Geographic Information Systems from University of New England (AU) and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Xxx has 18 years of experience in GIS and data analysis. The external organization to complete the UFMP will be chosen according to the procurement standards outlined in the City’s Ordinance No. 2020-17 and CA Government Code section 54202. City Staff will select a responsible consultant with the lowest responsive quote or proposal, or whose quote or proposal provides the best value to the City. Staff expect to contract with an experienced urban forestry company with the ability to carry out the proposed work within the grant period and within federal grant requirements.

The City of Ames maintains 40 parks across town with a Parks Department staff of 16 staff dedicated to Parks and Facilities Maintenance. Xxxx employs a City Forester, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, who will oversee this grant project. Xxxxxxxx is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist and holds the Tree Risk Assessment Qualification. Xxxxxxxx is also a member of the Society of Municipal Arborists. Xxxxxxxx currently manages an annual Forestry budget of over $650,000. Prior to working with the City of Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx was an Urban Forest Program Specialist with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and facilitated several federal Landscape Scale Restoration grants with the USDA Forest Service. She was responsible for annual accomplishment reporting to the USDA Forest Service for these LSR grants including managing project measurable outcomes, ensuring goals were met and reported correctly, and documenting accounting reports. Xxxxxxxx also led the 2020 revision of the Iowa State Forest Action Plan, bringing together a wide array of partners in forestry and natural resources across the state of Iowa to create an innovative State Forest Action Plan that increased awareness of forests in Iowa and empowered citizens to engage in the outdoors. Xxxxxxxx will be responsible for managing the overall grant projects such as the urban forest inventory, community-wide tree planting and maintenance, analyzing data for species diversity and planting priority areas, directing contracts for tree work across Ames, and ensuring the assessment and reporting required for the grant. Xxxxxxxx has an extensive network of forestry professional in Iowa and the surrounding states from her previous roles and will be able to engage with forestry professionals on the creation of urban woodland management plans, particularly with Iowa DNR District Foresters and Forest Health Specialists. Xxxxxxxx has one direct report Maintenance Worker who assists with forestry tasks, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx.
