Capacity and Authority Warranties. 2.1 As at the Signature Date and the Completion Date, the Seller has the legal right, full power and authority and all necessary consents and authorisations to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement and each other Acquisition Document to which it is or will be party on the applicable date.
