Nothing herein shall be construed to limit or affect any actions or inactions by Stockholder or any representative of Stockholder, as applicable, serving as a director of Parent or any Subsidiary of Parent, acting in such Person’s capacity as a director of Parent or any Subsidiary of Parent.
