CAPACITY OF PURCHASER. 17.1. If more than one Purchaser signs this Agreement, the Purchasers will be jointly and severally liable for the due performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 17.2. The Signatory, on behalf of a legal persona, shall in his personal capacity be liable for the due fulfilment of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and binds himself to the Seller as surety with and co-principal debtor in solidum with the Purchaser under renunciation of the benefits of excussion and division for the performance by the Purchaser of all the Purchaser’s obligations in terms of this Agreement.
