Common use of Capacity of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Capacity of the Trustee. The Trustee is entering into this Financing Agreement solely in its capacity as Trustee and shall be entitled to the rights, protections, limitations from liability and immunities afforded it as Trustee under the Indenture. The Trustee shall be responsible only for the duties of the Trustee expressly set forth herein and in the Indenture.
