Capacity Payment Option A. As-Available Capacity. If Seller selects Capacity Payment Option A, Seller shall be paid a Monthly Capacity Payment calculated pursuant to the following formula: Monthly Capacity Payment = (A x D)+(B x D)+(C x D) Where A = kWh purchased by Edison during on-peak periods defined in Edison's Tariff Schedule No. TOU-8.
