Capital Call Notices and Borrowing Base Certificate. In order that Lenders may monitor the Collateral and the Capital Commitments, no Fund Borrower shall issue any Capital Call Notice or otherwise request, notify, or demand that any Investor make any Capital Contribution, without delivering to Administrative Agent a representative copy of the Capital Call Notice in accordance with Section 9.01(e) hereof.
