Capital Calls; Default of Member. Although the Manager intends to raise sufficient money from Investors in order to purchase investments in SPE’s that hold real estate and manage those Properties, it is possible that the Manager may make a capital call in order to raise Additional Capital Contributions with which to achieve the Company’s objectives and policies as outlined in the Memorandum.
