Capital Contribution by Initial Member. The Initial Member made a cash Capital Contribution to the Company of $10,000. Upon the admission of additional Members to the Company, the Company promptly refunded to the Initial Member its $10,000 Capital Contribution and upon receipt of such sum the Initial Member was withdrawn from the Company as its Initial Member.
