Capital Contribution by Initial Member. The Initial Member made a cash Capital Contribution to the Company of $200,000. Except as otherwise agreed by all Members, the Initial Member shall have no right or obligation to make any further Capital Contributions to the Company, except that TriLinc Global, LLC has agreed that it or its affiliate will contribute an additional $800,000 for units in the Offering before the Company can accept $10,000,000 in subscriptions.
