Capital Contribution by Member; Initial Issuance of Units. Upon the formation of the Company, the Member shall make a capital contribution to the capital of the Company in the amount of cash, or of the property in-kind, or both, set forth opposite such Member’s name on Schedule A attached hereto. The Company shall thereupon issue to the Member the limited liability company interest (expressed as a number and class of “Units”) so subscribed and contributed for.
