Capital Contributions Etc. (a) On the Effective Date, each of Hanover LLC 3, LLC and Hanover Compression Limited Holdings, LLC agrees to contribute to the capital of the Partnership the property set forth opposite its name on the attached Schedule A, which is made a part of this Agreement for all purposes, as its initial Capital Contribution. (b) The Partners shall not be obligated to make any additional Capital Contributions or loan money to the Partnership.
