Capital Contributions Partnership Units Additional Funds. 4.1 CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE PARTNERS (a) Initial Capital Contributions. The General Partner and the Initial Limited Partner have made or shall make on the Effective Date, the Capital Contributions as set forth on Exhibit A to this Agreement in exchange for the number of Partnership Units set forth opposite their names on Exhibit A. At such time as Additional Limited Partners are admitted to the Partnership, each such Additional Limited Partner shall make Capital Contributions in the amount set forth opposite such Limited Partner's name on Exhibit A, as it shall be amended at the time of such contribution.
