Common use of Capital Costs Clause in Contracts

Capital Costs. Capital Costs mean expenditures made for items which normally have a useful life beyond the year incurred. A reasonable annual allowance for amortization or depreciation of Capital Costs, computed as described in Article III, Sub-sections 3.1 and 3.2 of Exhibit C of this CONTRACT, will be allowed as an Operating Costs for the current Year.
