Capital Costs. The Base Price shall be increased or decreased by an amount calculated as follows: multiply $1.828 per ton by the percentage change in the Producer Price Index for Underground Mining Machinery and Equipment (BLS Code 1192.01), as of the Delivery Date, from 117.4 (such estimated Index for January 1992).
