Common use of Capital Costs Clause in Contracts

Capital Costs. The Base Price shall be increased or decreased by an amount calculated as follows: multiply $1.805 per ton (Xxxxxxx) or $1.638 per ton (Lakeside) by the percentage change in the Producer Price Index for Underground Mining Machinery and Equipment (BLS Code 1192.01), as of the Delivery Date pursuant to Article 7.1.8, from 166.2 (such final Index for January 2000).
