Common use of Capital Expenditures Summaries Clause in Contracts

Capital Expenditures Summaries. Without duplication of any other provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Documents, Mezzanine Borrower shall, or shall cause Mortgage Borrower, to cause Master Lessee to, within ninety (90) days after the end of each calendar year during the term of the Note, to deliver to Mezzanine Lender an annual summary of any and all capital expenditures made at the Property during the prior twelve (12) month period.
