Capital of Members. The capital contributions that each Member has made to the LLC on or before the date of this Agreement are set forth on Schedule A, and the number of Shares owned by such Member is also set forth on such Schedule A. The Manager shall amend Schedule A from time to time to properly reflect any changes in the capital contributions made by, or the number of Shares owned by, the Members.
