Capital Planning Services. Conexant shall provide Specialty with system and support services for planning, tracking, and budgeting of capital expenditures and depreciation expense. All requests for such services shall be submitted in accordance with procedures used by Conexant for such requests, which shall be provided to Specialty upon request and at any time that such procedures are modified by Conexant. Conexant employees shall input the appropriate data regarding Specialty into Conexant's capital planning system and provide Specialty with feedback, documentation, and reports. Certain Specialty employees shall be granted access to the system if requested by Specialty, solely for the purpose of obtaining information related to the Capital Expenditures.
