Common use of Capital Securities Clause in Contracts

Capital Securities. Series A Capital Securities of the Trust with an aggregate liquidation amount with respect to the assets of the Trust of _______________ dollars ($__________), and with a liquidation amount with respect to the assets of the Trust of $__________ per security, are hereby designated for the purposes of identification only as "_____% Capital Securities, Series A" (collectively, the "Capital Securities").
