Common use of Capital Withdrawal Rights, Interest and Priority Clause in Contracts

Capital Withdrawal Rights, Interest and Priority. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no Member shall be entitled to withdraw or reduce such Member's Common Capital Account or Preferred Capital Account or to receive any Distributions. No Member shall be entitled to demand or receive any Distributions in any form other than in cash. No Member shall be entitled to receive or be credited with any interest on the balance in such Member's Common Capital Account or Preferred Capital Account at any time. Except as may be otherwise expressly provided herein, no Member shall have any priority over any other Member as to the return of the balance in such Member's Common Capital Account or Preferred Capital Account.
