Capital Withdrawal Rights, Interest and Priority. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no Member shall be entitled to (a) withdraw or reduce such Member's Capital Contribution or to receive any distributions from the Company, or (b) receive or be credited with any interest on the balance of such Member's Capital Contribution at any time. An unrepaid Capital Contribution is not a liability of the Company or of any Member.
