Capitalised Terms. The following capitalized terms, unless the context otherwise requires, shall have the meaning set forth below for all purposes of this Agreement:
Capitalised Terms. Any capitalised terms not defined in this agreement shall have the meaning in our Terms of Business.

Capitalised Terms. Any capitalised terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the same meaning and shall be interpreted in accordance with the definitions in the Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Policies and Procedures, and the Sales Performance Plan. This Agreement has been signed and executed in duplicate and Xxxxxx and Lease Holder have received one copy each.
Capitalised Terms. Any other term that starts with a capital letter used in this Licence has the meaning given to it in Schedule 1.
Capitalised Terms. Unless otherwise defined in this escrow agreement (together with all Annexes attached hereto, the "ESCROW AGREEMENT"), the capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as in the Agreement.

(a) which is defined in the Corporations Act, but is not otherwise defined in this Agreement, has the meaning given to it in the Corporations Act; and
(b) which is defined in the GST Law, but is not otherwise defined in this Agreement or the Corporations Act, has the meaning given to it in the GST Law.
Capitalised Terms. A. 1.1 "Adverse Event" or "AE" means any undesirable medical occurrence in a patient or clinical investigation subject administered a pharmaceutical product (drug or device), which does not necessarily have a causal relationship with this treatment.
