Capitalization or Liquidation of Subsidiaries. The following transactions will be effected to increase the capitalization of various subsidiaries and to liquidate other subsidiaries. Except as otherwise noted, the transfers are effective as of 10/31/96. Transfers of funds will be accomplished by daylight overdrafts.
