Capitalized and Defined Terms. All capitalized terms used herein and not defined shall have the same meaning as in the other documents that form part of the Agreement (as defined in the MSA) or the Dayforce General Terms (the Service Terms applicable to all Dayforce bundles), as applicable. As used herein:

  • Special Rules and Definitions The following additional rules and definitions apply in implementing the due diligence procedures described above:
