Capitalized Terms Not Defined. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall take the meanings assigned to such terms by the General Agreements. For the sake of clarification, capitalized terms used and defined herein, which have also been defined in the General Agreements, shall have for the scope of this Agreement the meaning set in this Agreement.
