Capitalized Terms; Rules of Construction. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 1, 2017, among the Issuer, the Depositor, Mechanics Bank and U.S. Bank National Association, which Appendix is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Appendix A also contains rules as to usage applicable to this Agreement.
