Capitalized Terms; Section References. Capitalized terms used herein without definition and defined in the Agreement shall have the same respective meanings given those terms in the Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires. All Section references used herein shall, unless otherwise specified herein, be deemed to refer to Sections in the Agreement.
Capitalized Terms; Section References. All terms capitalized but not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the Comprehensive Agreement. Section references that are not references to this Seventh Amendment or expressly noted as references to applicable law (or another source outside the Comprehensive Agreement) shall be references to the Comprehensive Agreement.
Capitalized Terms; Section References. In this Amendment, capitalized terms that are used without separate definition shall have the meanings given to them in the Credit Agreement. Unless otherwise noted, all section references are to the Credit Agreement.
