Common use of Capitation Restoration Amount Clause in Contracts

Capitation Restoration Amount. The difference between (a) the amount Medical Group would have received if Medical Group’s Capitation Payments for Commercial POS Plan Members had been determined by multiplying the percentage set forth in Section 3.1 of Product Attachment A by the In-Network Premium and (b) the actual capitation paid to Medical Group for Commercial POS Plan Members for the relevant contract year.

The Capitation Restoration Amount shall be calculated separately for Medical Group and Hospital.
