Common use of Captions and Context Clause in Contracts

Captions and Context. Captions contained in this Agreement are inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way define, limit, extend or describe the scope of this Agreement or the intent of any provisions hereof. The use of a masculine pronoun shall be deemed interchangeable with a feminine or neuter pronoun as the content would require; likewise singular nouns shall be interchangeable with plural as the content requires.
