Captions and Headings; Certain Rules of Construction. (a) The captions and headings throughout this Agreement are for convenience and reference only and the words contained therein shall in no way be held or deemed to define, limit, describe, explain, modify, amplify, or add to the interpretation, construction, or meaning of any provisions of this Agreement or the scope or intent thereof, nor in any way affect this Agreement.
