Captions and Interpretations. The captions herein are included for convenience of reference only and shall be ignored in the construction or interpretation hereof. The parties hereto acknowledge that this Agreement, has been drafted jointly by the parties hereto and agree that this Agreement will not be construed against any party as a result of any role such party may have had in the drafting process.
