Captions and Severability. Captions in this Agreement are for the convenience of the parties only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of this Agreement. In the event any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement, and such remainder will remain in force and effect.
