Common use of Captions and Severability Clause in Contracts

Captions and Severability. The captions of the Articles, Sections and Paragraphs of this Lease are for convenience only and shall in no way modify any provision of this Lease. If any term or provision of this Lease shall be found invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect, impair or invalidate any other term or provision hereof.

Captions and Severability. The captions of the Articles, Sections and Paragraphs of this Lease are for convenience of reference only and shall not be considered or referred to in no way modify any provision resolving questions of this Leaseinterpretation. If any term or provision of this Lease shall be found invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable with respect to any particular Person by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect, impair or invalidate any other term terms or provision provisions hereof, or its enforceability with respect to any other Person.
