Common use of Captions and Severability Clause in Contracts

Captions and Severability. The captions of the Sections of this Lease are for convenience of reference only and shall not be considered or referred to in resolving questions of interpretation. If any term or provision of this Lease shall be found invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable with respect to any particular Person by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect, impair or invalidate any other terms or provisions hereof, or its enforceability with respect to any other Person.
