Common use of Captions and Severability Clause in Contracts

Captions and Severability. The captions in this Agreement are for the convenience of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the meaning of the provisions hereof. If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof shall, to any extent, be determined to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to law, the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall in no way be effected thereby and shall be enforceable to the fullest extent possible.
