Captions; Interpretation. The section headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement are the product of negotiation between the parties and are not to be construed as being drafted solely by one party, and no presumption is to arise therefrom in favor of either party.
