Captions; Section Headings. As used in this Agreement, “including” means “including but not limited to”, and “herein”, “hereof” and “hereunder” refer to this Agreement as a whole. The Section headings used herein are for reference and convenience only, and shall not enter into the interpretation of this Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, any reference to a number of “days” hereunder shall refer to calendar days.
