The captions appearing in this Agreement are inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or interpretation of this Agreement. No waiver by a party of any breach of any provision of this Agreement will constitute a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof shall in no way be affected or impaired, and such remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
