Common use of Car Clause in Contracts

During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall provide the Employee with an automobile of a type customary for executives in similar positions and shall pay for operating expenses incurred in connection with the use of the automobile, including the costs of insurance, gas, maintenance and car phone.
