Car. 8.1 Subject to the Executive holding a current driving licence for motor cars valid in the United Kingdom, the Company will provide the Executive with an annual car allowance of £8,000, such allowance to be paid monthly, in arrears. 8.2 The Executive must inform the Company immediately if he is disqualified from holding a driving licence or if any other charges of driving offences are made against the Executive and this Clause may not apply during any period of disqualification.
