Caravan. Caravans must be kept in a good state of repair and in keeping with the quiet rural nature of the site; No caravans over 15 years old are permitted on site • A spare set of keys must be left with reception for site evacuation purposes or pitch maintenance & repairs and these must include any security devices fitted to the caravan • All caravans, motorhomes, 5th Wheelers must be serviced annually and fully insured with a minimum public liability of £2,000,000 and copy documents must be provided to reception • The caravan owner is responsible for ensuring the security of their caravan on pitch or in storage • If you wish to wash to caravan on the pitch, please check with a member of staff/reception and pay the £10 water surcharge fee (we also offer a caravan washing service prices start from £45) • You are responsible for ensuring all your windows and lockers are left secure on departure and anything left in your awning is at your risk • Handbrakes must be on when the caravan is occupying a pitch whether the caravan is occupied or not; if Alko Secure wheel locks are being used then the handbrake need not be applied • Leisure batteries must be either on solar trickle charge feed or removed and charged off site when the caravan is not occupied over winter or extended periods of no use • Vehicle and Smoke Alarms are to be set to silent when seasonal pitch caravans are unoccupied, in the event of a fault all owners of vans fitted with alarms need to be prepared to travel to sort faulty alarms. Please ensure all batteries are replaced regularly and especially for the winter season when vans are left unoccupied more often for longer periods. • Should we need to attend your caravan to silence smoke or caravan alarms that are causing a nuisance to other occupied pitches, then we will charge our hourly rate of £25 within normal working hours 8-6pm Mon-Fri and £45 out of hours at all other times and they will be left deactivated. • Caravan owners bring their vans onto the site at their own risk and in doing so you accept liability for accidents to yourselves or your property and loss of or damage to your property within the site • It is your responsibility to be fully insured against, fire, theft, flood and third-party liability and certificates are requested for proof & validity of this prior to occupying a seasonal pitch and throughout the seasonal pitch agreement • If you are leaving your van on pitch or in storage over the winter remember we are a rural site and v...
Caravan. 3.1 In consideration of your payment of the Price, we agree to provide you the Caravan in accordance with this Agreement, whether ourselves or through our Personnel.
3.2 We will not be responsible for the provision of Caravan or any Specifications unless expressly set out in the Schedule.
3.3 You acknowledge and agree that any dates for collection or for completion notified by us are estimates only. We agree to use reasonable endeavors to provide the Caravan within a reasonable time.
3.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party for failure to deliver the caravan by the estimated delivery date.
3.5 All variations to this Agreement must be agreed in writing between the Parties and will be priced in accordance with the Schedule, any schedule of rates provided by us, or otherwise as reasonably agreed between the Parties. If we consider that any instruction or direction from you constitutes a variation to the scope of our obligations under this Agreement, or would result in us suffering or incurring any additional cost or delay, then we will not be obliged to comply with such instruction or direction unless agreed in accordance with this clause 3.5.
3.6 All caravan and order inclusions are subject to availability and quality control at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Should we be unable to supply any part of your order, at our discretion, we will either offer and alternative of equal quality, delivery of your purchase with a planned return for completion, a delayed completion timeframe or a full refund of items unsupplied.
3.7 Any variation or change made to the order after a final quote has been “accepted” is not guaranteed. We will make all reasonable effort to request a change to an order, however, should it not be on the original “accepted” order variations can be missed.
3.8 We only carry the authority and right to register a caravan in Victoria, using the Victorian driver’s license and customer number of the purchaser. Should the goods not be registered in accordance with Victorian law and not be removed from the premises by way of flatbed truck or trade plate, a 7 day VicRoads moving permit shall be supplied upon request.
Caravan. At or prior to the Closing, (a) the Aircraft Lease Agreement dated as of January 1, 2008, as amended, between Presidential and Blackwater Lodge and Training Center, Inc. (n/k/a U.S. Training Center, Inc.) with respect to the Cessna Caravan Aircraft bearing FAA Registration No. 12677 and Manufacturer’s Serial No. 208B1058, shall be terminated and (b) the Master Transport Services Agreement, dated January 1, 2005, between Blackwater Lodge and Training Center, Inc. (n/k/a U.S. Training Center, Inc.) and Presidential (the “Caravan Agreement”) shall be amended to (i) delete the last three sentences of Section 2, (ii) modify Section 9(a) to make the “Term” coextensive with the term under the License Agreement, and
Caravan. The current hours of service will apply to the Caravan provided that the current number of crews and current number of aircraft remain the same. Should this change the Company and Union will meet to establish the hours of service applicable to this aircraft.
