Common use of Carbon Footprint grants Clause in Contracts

Carbon Footprint grants. to The Client a non-exclusive, transferable and irrevocable license to use the Deliverables for its use only subject to the terms of the Contract. Carbon Footprint shall retain exclusive ownership of the intellectual property rights embodied in the Deliverables. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where any reference is made in any Deliverable to specific activities of The Client the same shall be considered confidential and shall not be used, processed or disclosed by Carbon Footprint other than in connection with the Services or with The Client’s written consent.
