Card Associations. The Applicable Card Association(s) as defined in the Signatory Agreement. Card Issuer – Any bank or financial institution that is a member of a Card Association and issues a Card.
Card Associations. Visa Europe Ltd, Visa U.S.A., Inc. and Visa International ("Visa") and MasterCard International Incorporated ("MasterCard") (the "Associations") have developed rules and regulations (the "Association Rules") that govern their member banks and merchants in the procedures, responsibilities and allocation of risk for payments made through the Associations. By accepting this CEA, Xxxxxxxx is agreeing to comply with all such Association Rules.

The Card Associations shall have confirmed that, upon the consummation of the First Purchase and Assumption, CEBA Bank shall be a Participating Member in the VISA Partnership Program in good standing with all necessary power and authority under the by-laws and membership and operating rules of the Card Associations to carry on the Business and issue Credit Cards as contemplated by the Program Agreement.
Card Associations. (i) The applicable members of the Company Group are registered in an appropriate capacity by a member of, and are in good standing with, those payment card networks (the “Card Associations”) required to operate the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries (collectively, the “Card Association Registrations”). The Card Association Registrations are in full force and effect. No additional registration or qualification with any Card Association or any member bank of such Card Association (each, a “Member Bank”) is required to operate the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries. Except for the Card Association Registrations, the operation of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries does not require any such business to be registered with the Card Associations as a third-party agent, third-party processor other type of entity, whether with a particular Member Bank or otherwise. All of the services that the Company and its Subsidiaries provide to customers are of the type authorized to be provided by the Company and its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Card Association Registrations.
(ii) The applicable members of the Company Group have complied with during the last three (3) years and is in compliance with, in all material respects, all requirements of the Card Associations applicable to their respective businesses, including the applicable bylaws, manuals, operating rules, mandates and identification standards, and any other rules, regulations, policies and procedures promulgated by such Card Associations, in each case as may be in effect from time to time (collectively, “Network Rules”). No member of the Company Group has received notice of any actual or alleged violation of any Network Rules, except with respect to such violations that would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the Company Group, taken as a whole. For the past three (3) years, to the Knowledge of the Company, none of the Merchants, ISO Partners, ISV Partners or Referral Banks of any of the Company and its Subsidiaries have failed to comply with the Network Rules in such a way that it would cause any of the Company and its Subsidiaries to incur any material fee, fine or liability to the Card Associations, any Member Bank of such Card Associations or the applicable processor.
(iii) Each of the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ ISO Partners, ISV Partners or Referral Banks acting on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiar...
Card Associations. At all times during the Term of this Agreement, Supplier represents and warrants as follows as to Services to which such standards, Law, and policies as provided below are applicable: (A) it shall comply with all current and future (i) Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS”), (ii) Card Association rules, policies, and regulations (as they may appear on Card Association websites), and (iii) all applicable Laws, ordinances, rules, and orders of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over County; and, (B) Supplier shall be solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the security of all cardholder data and sensitive authentication data (as those terms are defined and used in the PCI DSS) to the extent such data is in its possession and control. Supplier shall indemnify, defend, and hold County harmless from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Supplier’s breach of the foregoing warranties. “
