Common use of Card Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Card Cancellation. Your Card will automatically be cancelled on closure of your linked account. Any funds in your Account will be paid to you in cash or by Bank Cheque. Funds in your Account that remains uncleared at the time of closing your account will not be released to you until the funds are cleared. If your account is in debit, the balance plus any accrued debit interest, fees and Government charges applicable to the closing date will be payable by you to BSP.
