Any claims concerning property or services purchased with your LAPFCU Debit Card must be resolved by you directly with the merchant or seller who accepted the LAPFCU Debit Card. You understand that we will not be able to help you because we only have the information received from the third party. Any claim or defense that you assert will not relieve you of your obligation to pay us the total amount of the transaction, unless otherwise permitted by law. You are not permitted to stop payment on any purchase through the use of your LAPFCU Debit Card.
