Common use of Card Payments Clause in Contracts

Card Payments. a) You may use your card and PIN to obtain cash (up to the daily limit on your account as advised by us from time to time and to the extent that you have funds available in your account) b) If you use your card to withdraw cash, we will take the amount withdrawn from your account on the Working Day we receive details of the withdrawal. c) Each withdrawal of cash will incur a flat fee that will be debited from your account. d) You should not use the card if to do so would overdraw your account without our prior agreement, or would increase any borrowing on the account to more than we have agreed. If you are uncertain of your balance, we recommend that you contact your branch to check your balance before making a withdrawal as the persistent breaching of limits may result in our cancelling the card. e) On each Working Day, any available funds on your account will be used to pay any transaction notified to us since the previous business day before they may be used to pay any other debit to your account. f) We will normally deduct cash withdrawals made over our counter from your account on the same Working Day.
