Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification. 1. All EMT shall be certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (“CPR”) and have a current course completion card in CPR for the Professional Rescuer, issued by the American Heart Association, or the Contractor shall document that each EMT has satisfactorily completed comparable training approved by MVEMSA Medical Director and adequate to ensure competency in the skills included in the CPR curriculum.
