Common use of CARDS AND KEYS Clause in Contracts

CARDS AND KEYS. Upon execution of the Agreement, TENANT shall receive the following: Door key(s), Mailbox key(s), Laundry Room key(s), Transmitter(s) Gate Card(s) Other(s). Tenant shall make a key deposit (if any) in the amount set forth in paragraph 2 upon execution of this Agreement. The key deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of Tenant's return of all cards and/or keys to Landlord or Landlord's BROKER.

The key deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of Tenant's TENANT’s return of all cards and/or keys to Landlord OWNER or Landlordhis BROKER or Broker's BROKERAgent.
