Common use of Care of Assets Clause in Contracts

Care of Assets. From the signing of this Agreement to the Closing Date, the Vendor will take reasonable care to protect and safeguard the Assets and do all necessary repairs and maintenance to the assets that the Vendor uses in the operations of the Business, and will not sell or dispose of any of the Assets except in the ordinary course of business.
