CARE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ASSISTED LIVING. The Community’s Assisted Living Program consists of reminders, supervision and/or hands on assistance with certain activities of daily living. Such services are offered at Assisted Living Plus, Assisted Living Plus Plus and Enhanced Care, depending on the nature and extent of services provided.
