Care & Responsibility. The Hirer shall take proper care (reasonable wear and tear accepted) of the equipment.

Care & Responsibility. From the date of taking over the single project and/or project, the Employer shall assume its care responsibility. The Employer is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the single project and/or project, excluding defect repairs and outstanding project parts and areas that need to be completed by the Contractor.
